Minimum order and lead time
The MOQ applies per design, and sizes can be mixed within a design. For a first trial order, designs can be combined too.

Realistic and on schedule
- New bulk orders: 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit

- September to November peak season: allow an extra 7–10 days
- We confirm your ship date in writing with the proforma invoice

Packed to arrive flat and clean
Every piece is packed individually, then in export cartons or woven bags. Barcode stickers, FNSKU labels and carton marks can be applied to your instructions.

Testing & certification
We arrange third-party testing for the rules your market and sales channel require, including US 16 CFR 1630/1631 flammability, CPSIA for kids' designs, CA Proposition 65, EU REACH and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.

Can I mix sizes and designs in one order?
Yes. The MOQ applies per design, and sizes can be mixed within a design. For a first trial order, designs can also be combined; tell us your plan and we will quote it.
Do you charge for samples?
Samples are charged at unit price plus express freight, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order. You can also ship samples on your own courier account.
How long does a bulk order take?
Typically 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit. Repeat orders of running designs often take 15–20 days. From September to November, please allow an extra 7–10 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipment, or PayPal for samples and smaller orders. Quotes are in US dollars and valid for 30 days.
Can you make our own designs, sizes or packaging?
Yes. We print your artwork, recolour our designs, cut custom sizes and shapes, and supply private-label labels and packaging. Custom MOQs start at 100 pcs per design for area rugs and 300 pcs per design for bath and kitchen mats; see OEM & Custom Orders for details.
Which certifications can you provide?
We arrange testing at accredited third-party labs for US flammability (16 CFR 1630/1631), CPSIA for kids' designs, CA Proposition 65, EU REACH, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and food-contact testing for drying mats. Tell us your target market and we will quote the tests it needs.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA or other fulfilment centres?
Yes. We can apply your FNSKU or barcode labels and carton labels, and quote DDP delivery directly to fulfilment centres.
What if goods arrive damaged or defective?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery. After checking, we replace the defective pieces in your next shipment or credit them against your next order.
